About the Opportunity

Ice on the Plaza draws thousands of visitors to Veterans Plaza each November and December. Food and beverage vendors play an important role in creating a festive, welcoming atmosphere for families throughout the holiday season.

Vendor spots are limited and fill up quickly. Contact the PCMS office early to discuss availability, dates, and product fit.

What's Included

• 10×10 space at Veterans Plaza (323 E. Grand Ave.)
• Access to electrical outlets (limited — first come, first served)
• Promotion on PCMS and Ice on the Plaza social media
• Listing on the Ice on the Plaza event page

Requirements

• →Valid Oklahoma food handler's license or permit
• →Proof of liability insurance naming PCMS as additional insured
• →Self-contained setup (tent, tables, equipment) — no permanent fixtures
• →Vendors must be present and operating during assigned event hours
• →No competing vendors — product exclusivity honored on a first-registered basis
• →All signage must be pre-approved by PCMS staff
